Client Services and Sales Support Associate
Our client is a leading B2B information and data provider, selling multiple solutions to clients across the country. We are conducting a search for a Client Service and Sales Support Associate to work in the New York office and provide product support to clients and sales support to the sales team. This position requires outstanding communications skills over the phone, email and in person. Presentation and professional attitude are critical. This is an excellent opportunity at a great company with opportunity for growth.
Responsibilities:
* Attend to clients’ support queries on various products
* Attend to prospects’ queries and work closely with sales Executives and assist them in their sales efforts
* Perform on-site servicing work such as training and presentation of company products to clients
* Develop, maintain and expand relationships with clients and other related PR work
* Provide administrative support to Product Team
* Provide administrative support to Sales and Marketing Team including maintenance of in-house client database
* Travel may be required
Requirements:
* Accountancy, economic, finance or business administrative degree
* 1 to 2 year working experience in b2b client services
* Prior experience with client servicing in the investment field will be an advantage
* Proficiency in a second language is preferred (ideally Spanish or Portuguese)
* Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
